Bring Exceptional Flavor to Your Kitchen
Roots in the Farmhouse Kitchen
Cooking has always been where time slows down and life comes into focus. Angela learned this early in the soft light of her family’s farmhouse kitchen in Minnesota, where she, her mother, and her grandmother turned garden harvests into meals that nourished both body and soul.
Later, between her freshman and sophomore year in college, she served as the head cook at the local nursing home. She found joy in preparing every dish from scratch—meals that carried comfort, memory, and care.
A Path Through Teaching and Growth
Angela’s journey moved through several meaningful chapters:
Yet through each chapter, the kitchen remained a steady thread—a quiet call beneath the rhythm of her life.
Answering the Call
Paris—and Peter—became the answer to that enduring call. For three luminous years, Angela walked its markets at dawn, gathering bundles of herbs, fresh vegetables, and crusty baguettes still warm from the oven.
She often lingered at the counters of E. Dehillerin, drawn to the gleam of copper and the weight of tools meant to last a lifetime. Through a blend of formal lessons and the generosity of Parisian friends, she learned not just to cook French cuisine, but to live it—to celebrate the beauty found in the smallest details.
